Q 1.  When I am already using my cream/liquid hair dye for which I am satisfied then why should I go for Impression Color?
Ans:There is 100% guarantee of purity of our products. Our company is registered with the Drug Controller of India and has ISI Certification. We are a largely herbal based company. All our products are produced without using harmful chemicals like ammonia, which cause harm to hair on regular use. Our hair colors are harmless to the hair. Beside this , they are less expensive compared to the well known cream based brands in the market, while imparting same results as a branded hair cream.

Q 2.  I have a sensitive skin. Can I use henna/hair dye?
Ans:  Yes, of course. Henna can be used by anybody. But for those with extra sensitive skin, using henna or hair color could be susceptible to allergy. It is suggested that a sensitive test like strand teat and hypersensitivity test should be conducted before each use. Our hair colors are completely herbal based and have minimum chemicals. Therefore they are less allergic than the purely chemical based hair dyes.

Q 3.  What is the reason for doing strand test?
Ans:  Strand test is done to determine the result of the hair color on your actual hair.

Q 4.  What is the need for doing a hypersensitive test?
Ans:  You should do a hypersensitivity test to find out whether you are allergic to a particular hair color or not.

Q 5.  How long the hair color treatment lasts?
Ans:  In the normal course, application of henna hair color lasts for about a month. You can repeat after every one month.

Q 6.  How do I know which color will suit me the best?
Ans:  We provide you with a refer chart from which you can choose your color. We assure you that our hair color does not lighten your natural hair color.

Q 7.  Is there a chance that I don't see a color change even after applying color?
Ans:  This has a very rare chance. However if you don't see a change in hair color, it means that either you have chosen a color which is too close to your natural hair color or you did not leave the hair color long enough.

Q 8.  What is the outer color of the powder of your company's hair color ?
Ans:  The outer color of the powder varies from greenish to grayish to black. Initially, when the packet is newly packed, it looks greenish. But over the time, on account of oxidation it becomes grayish and then black. This however does not affect the quality of the product.

Q 9.  Some people say that using herbal based hair colors cause cancer. Is it true?
Ans:  No.

Q 10.  Does the hair colors of your company result in premature graying?
Ans:  No, Impression Colors do not cause any premature graying. Premature greying is caused by different factors like lack of vitamins, mental stress, use of heavy bleaching chemicals, etc.

Q 11.  I am pregnant. Can I use Impression color?
Ans:  It is advisable that you consult your family doctor/physician.
